  • Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We aim to keep things simple and affordable for our pet-loving community.
  • Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 13 business days after processing.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • Tracking details typically take 2 to 5 business days to become active and update in the system.

5. Damages and Lost Packages
